Buildmode return

Yup, got a question i lost a BM (i dont know how loong it is year ? two ? ) i asked many admins and nobody was able to help, or tell something which could might help, so what i want to ask ...is any possible way to return my BM after soo long rejection ?  :-[ ...have no punishments or smthin like this, and i lost BM just cause of few failed gridz ... so ?  (dont know which adm did it)

u should do buildmode test first. When u pass it, ask admin for buildmode licence

As far as I know, admins don't give licences anymore, because there's new system being developed.
