I find it unfair that when I am shooter, and murder everyone... I still get 2nd. Is there a way that people who sit on the passenger seat get the same ranking as the driver?

But the driver has a much higher risk to take. He is the first to get shot. Often, shooters can take their drivers car and still finish the race.

You have a point there. Although this is only true for cars I'm not having a passenger seat in

It's much easier to be a shooter and shoot at other cars and their drivers/passengers then to drive a car and make your and your passenger's way to a victory 

so I think it's fair like it is right now

A good shooter can still lead a car to victory, just like a good driver can.

That is exactly what I am saying, I find it kinda unfair when I shoot 5 people and my noob driver wins the race because of me and I only get 2nd

i'm a terrible shooter but I always somehow lead my driver to victory when i don't say gl team and jump to /tv

I've set myself to always be a driver, so I suggest you to do the same
