Paying for tuning and stuff should be only in /race mode. I dont want that shit in /stunt mode

i quote introducing awards for the firsts position but we need to resert money in all accounts and introducing /nc  /sos /repair and other comand costs , tha'ts make sense:

awards:
1st place = €1,000
2nd place = €750
3rd place = €500
4th place = €350
5th place = €100

costs for expmaple per command

/nc = 200€
/repair = 50€
/sos = 250€
/vc = 50€

and other command costs

adding costs for repair , flip , sos , can help a lot reducing rammers on server, if a rammer start ramming and every 2 seocnds spamm command for repair , that's will cost for the rammer much moneys, and maybe start to race quite
