I've got my license blocked a long time ago for some admin. I did the test again and passed with 11/11, so can I get my license unblocked?

I think the BM test is just for testing your knowledge of the commands of the buildmode. If the admin blocked your license, your races probably weren't good enough in his eyes. But lets wait for an admin to give an exact answer on this.
