New Member failing to log.

A new member of my clan unable to play on this server. I would like to know the reason of which he can not.

How? He never played on the server.
Is to let him play on the server? Unban this IP or pack the same methadone that some use to enter with only one IP, type the account so let him come and no one more than the range of his IP.

Releases just to play it. It has nearly one million people who live in his city.
 Releases him so. He never played this serves!
