« on: October 21, 2013, 07:51:11 pm »
Ello boys and girls. Need your opinions , need to buy a PC which will run most new games. This are the first 2 i'm planing , later on i'll see if i will have for a better one. But check this ones first.

1TB SATA III drive
DVD / RW burner
Casing Cooler Master Gaming, Power CM 500W, black

Nr 2

X4 Processor AMD FX-4100, 3600 MHz, Socket AM3
Motherboard, Socket AM3 +
Hard Disk 500 GB, 3.5 ", SATA
Power, 500 W

i assume that they both cost similar enough for it to not make any difference.
in that case, go with choice 1, even though the integrated graphics are not needed because of the 7770, it has better cpu performance, and also larger hdd.
and don't really worry about the OS, just get the one you like more, both 7 and 8.1 are decent if you get used to it.

7770 is not the best gaming card out there, but if you don't plan to play games like Watch Dogs on full HD screen and ultra settings, you should be fine

It also depends on the RAM amount and processor, it's not the same to have a 7770 and 4 gb ram to play with 7770 and 8 gb ram..

nope , it 's all a matter of CPU , You can have 32 gb ram , but  if you have a q6600 or an old dual-core, you'll be  beaten easily by a i5/i7 with 4 gb ram.

7770 is in no way a high end card, as the existance of 7790, 7850, 7870, 7870 tahiti le, 7950, 7970, 7990 and soon 290X points out, but its really what i call "good enough".  it can't handle newest games on 60fps full hd maxed out, but it is enough to play any game at acceptable graphics settings if you don't have a full hd monitor.

That's exactly my point

you talk about generic HD screen in your first post , i know it can't handle 60 fps at 1080 , but i thought you were talking  about 720p

Nr 1 is better, but this one is better than Nr 2(except the ram).
is this cheaper or the last ones aren't available anymore?

It's not really that much cheaper maybe around 40€ , i think this one is just enough good. And the rams i don't think it's that big problem?
I just need a pc on which i can play the new games and run it normal.

i would be bottlenecked by 4gb of ram(i'm really bottlenecked by 3gb i have now), but you will probably be fine, unless you like to play games and keep browser with loads of tabs open.
it's up to you to decide is it worth it, but the 1st option would be ~10% faster when the game is cpu bottlenecked, which is mostly the case when playing on lower graphics settings.
