these are called tamales, we have them for these special days days (dec 15 - jan 1st) usually once per day, they are made of corn dough filled with many things like chicken bits, pork pieces, peas, olives, caper fruits, rice and a few raisins. I was very hungry so I had 2 of them at midnight XD
