Heavy lags every day and keep using other players as brakes (blocking and ramming sometimes too), reported several times...

Rule(s) he/she is breaking:Ramming,and the the other guys from his clan [SRD]
Today they rammed the shit outta of me,no admins only noobs playing they rammed and blocked me like 8-9times in a 5minutes SK Race
[SRD]Majestic and [SRD]Halloween,they did it on purpose all the time ramming and blocking... at the finish they blow up my car lol...  ;)
