Well since the Hackers report topic does get used to report blockers/rammers its better to create a topic like this.

Rule(s) he/she is breaking:

He is blocking/ramming everybody on purpose, ruining races, failing every first turns in one world, still on purpose.
And he get away with it with his damn " SRY :D " Just ban this trolling fool, I'm tired of troll racer who still can race here and perturb calm on the server.

Doesn't know what brakes are and use other players as a brake, keeps ramming and blocking and doesn't care about it ..
