I saw at highscores.adrenalinex.co.uk the leaderboard that had a lot of playernames and some scores? What are those scores?

S:
those are the points you get for driving highscores on the server, top1 = 25 points and it goes down untill top15 which is worth 1 point

do they count the highscores of tested races?

S:
only if the race gets added afterwards
