Low FPS all of sudden

Strange problem for me... Connected as usual and my FPS is around 10-30 from now on lol... I deleted gta_sa.set file and configured the game again. Nothing helped. I have 10-30 FPS all the time. It's weird because i didn't change anything yesterday. Only installed MTA and logged in on sa-mp to test my map at around 3pm and it was fine. Then in the evening it became unplayable. Also everything seems to load a lot slower (whole map objects etc). Other games work properly. Any ideas?

Fixed... Something was messed up but no idea what. Windows Restoration helped.

I have this problem every time! But, my notebook is burn video card..
I replaced the thermal paste has helped ^-^
Well, when overheated again my fps down :(
But i had lags in all games! And you only with samp :-\
