FYI: This was written in a severe rage attack, after a client, for whom I do a complex homepage (private work besides my usualy 9-6 work) with a lot of javascript effects and and quite unusual layout asked me "Why is everything taking so long". This was just 2 days after I told him, that because of all the changes and javascript effects he wanted, things will take a lot longer.
