yep, did some research.
they say that last floor was after some service, and they did not put it correctly
staff was not enogh trained to shut off escalators systems and rescue team spend almost 3 hours to get out remains of her from that machine

well... looking at this mechanism diagram we know that had to be bloody massacre like in gore movies
