Reason(s) why we should unban you: 5 years passed (banned since 2008), my younger brother is playing it now a days, so...I wanna play on it again. :/

btw, i evaded on the server once, with my orignal name, i thought i was unbanned (some servers unab after 3 years Inactivity), so i joined and got banned for ban evading, i really wanna play..I never used hacks, mods, or anything, i just flamed on rammers..coz it was annoying getting rammed by 10 people in a single race

Most likely 2011. Server is down so I can't log into logs or/and ban list. Anyway it will be most likely neccessary for you to wait some period. When we go up again somebody will go through all the lines with your bans and evades and we will see what to do with you at this time.

Unfortunately the "I am responsible for others using my computer" applies to whoever is on the same IP too as it's our main way to identify people.

The first ban? I remember, i was 11 that time, i was new to online gaming and i didn't know what ban evading was, so i joined the server About 3-6 hours before the unban time that day

Well.. the latest ban you ever had I could find was on 11/05/13... and the 'first' ban I could find is this: 03/08/11 ...

Hmm... almost 2 years passed by... imo no earlier than 03/08/13. But I should add some time for all the ban evades.. I will add 2 weeks because you evaded twice for sure since 01/01/12.. So your unban is at 17/08/13 if you do not ban evade again.

Also if your 'brother' gets caught playing on our server... it could be you, we will extend the ban with 1 week for every evade you attempt.
