fps drops

Well i had to reinstall GTA San Andreas because , my SAMP always crashed.Since the reinstall , i have fps drops.Usually i had 99-100 fps , now sometimes in curves it drops to 85.I scanned my PC and found some viruses , deleted them.I have fps drops only in SAMP and Rise Of Nations

FX is at low and antialiasing is at 0? although gtasa is an ancient game, it also uses ancient methods for those dynamic shadows and particles, which are very taxing even for a good PC.

ToasterMan:
Yep everything is low and anti alasing is 0.It is weird that it happend after reinstall.
