i don't think it's really fair to assume he used a proxy without actually knowing. i've seen him on mta and he plays fairly (granted you can't cheat on mta but still), i'd say he's probably capable of playing without cheating.

It's pretty obvious somone evaded with Matafix's name to keep him banned longer. If he wanted to evade, wouldn't he do it years earlier rather than a few months before he was about to be unbanned?
