Nah.. Just wanted to ask which one is better PC. Need your opinion because i'm about to build my own

So i made two variants

1  i7-3770K;  3.5~4.5Ghz 22nm
8GB 1600Mhz (2x 4GB) Dual channel ddr3 hyper-x kingston blablballba
GeForce GTX660OC 2GB or Radeon HD7850 2GB ddr5 blabla
700W ATX

ORrrr

2  i7-4770K 3,4Ghz, 8 MB cache
"same" 8 GB ddr3 Kingston HyperX 1600MHz in dual channel mode
1 tb  blablablab
No idea which gpu lol but i am thinking about GeForce GTX 660, 3gb ddr5
700W

Company which will get me this stuff will give me free corps so i am thinking about this one:
PSU Aerocool X-Predator E-ATX 1.0mm



However i heard that those ones after some time gets problems with noise, also heard that u have to clean shit inside every 1 month lol

also i heard no chance to "turbine" cpu more, for example 'till 3,6-7

anyway, i'd go with i7-4770K as both of them are overclockable anyway and this one is bit (~15%) faster.
also, GTX 660 is bit faster than than 7850.

What about Radeon? No big differences but fan wars?

radeons are usually better deals but i didn't check any prices, just 660 is slightly better performance wise i think.
but then again, 660 has smaller OC headroom.
i'd go with whichever is cheaper.

just to make sure, you're assembling it all yourself so you can mix up those configs, right?
