I playing race server and admin use minigun fire me but for lag don't killing me and banned me.
I'm don't using healt hack please un-banned.

Well , i did shoot at you several times and didnt see you lose any health . That time , there were no server lag and what so ever ...
But i might be wrong yeah , could have been desync or bug .
