Buildmode - Testing races

It would be useful if we could test races with particular features such as ramps and vehicle switches, letting us know if we choose good cps positions and if races work fine.  O0

yea its really hard to make a decent ramp race when you cant use the ramps when you test the race in buildmode

Also, for testing races, if you could start testing from a particular CP, that would be very handy!

Also, when testing races, if every single cp could be of the size we chose for it, instead of being all the same size, which is the last we set.
