[HELP]Can't Connect to forum

I Don't Know what happened , but i can't connect to forum with my usual account. I tried  change password but i think i made a huge mistakes , because when i joined here first time i've created two accounts ,  and now i'm stucked with the old one , (no sigs, avatar etc..)

Can somebody help me ? thanks.
