SOS Abuse

So, yesterday I had a friend round for tea and biscuits.

He started playing, then I noticed him fly up in the air.  For a slight moment, I was scared others might see it as hacks.

Anyway, he didn't even use /sos.  Apparently, he /sos abused.  He didn't.

I also got PM's awhile back from a player's friend, who mentioned he always gets this /sos abuse message.

Added /sos that can't be abused.  Let me know what you think, also you can find out why it can't be abused  ;)
This also means I've removed all the /sos abuse code, if this fails, we can easily add it back

If you could remove also the message when you use /flip command ("Error you must wait 2 seconds bla bla") it would be appreciated.
