It does, because the 2nd cp is after the chicane. We could talk all day and it won't come to an end, you don't have any evidence, so we can only say what it looked like from our view..

 Well you're not the one who's banned. This is your point of view, mine looks a little bit different, and as long as there's no evidence i consider this unfair treatment. Because after such a long time i wouldn't cheat for sure, that would be wasted time

it would be wasted time if you would get caught, but none plans to get caught(almost none anyway).
we have enough examples in the past that shows that irrational decision to cheat isn't rare at all.
