First install Stylish from there and then click on what theme you like and install. You have possibilities to install multiples themes from there, if you look on my image in the left corner down is a small S ( from stylish) from that S you change the themes what you already installed in case you have many like i said.

i used chrome plugin to change old yt layout to my liking, but i think ill need to wait for it to update.
