i've just got a couple of questions:

-About SSD : how to keep its performance , is it true i don't need to defrag it?

Ivy bridge cpu's  got an integrated video card , is there a way to switch from radeon to intel hd 4000 when i don't need gaming performance?

I got that SSD too and my pc boots up in around 30 secs

And why would you switch to Hd 4000?

To spare energy  :L

my bad , hd 4000 are only present in i7 cpu's , mine is hd 2500

But i think 'll probabily  disable it and use radeon instead.

One last question : installing windows 7 on SSD is  the same as installing it on a normal hd ?
