about loading ALL /newraces

Winstreak_Breaker isn't in the list... but when I load all, it suddenly gets loaded.. wtf?



^The race 'Winstreak_Breaker' is already tested and added before I loaded it through newraces.. lol

Yeah, I already noticed this to karlis and moo :(

Fixed.  The race list array wasn't being reset, leaving traces of duplicated races.
