Rather than having saying when a comment was posted, would it be possible to make it say how long ago it was posted? Like on facebook.

e.g.

I think this would help people like me who are retarded when it comes to understanding time zones, especially when people pm/post in the hacker report thread. A lot of the time I can't tell if a comment was posted or a pm was sent an hour ago or just a few seconds ago, so I could miss out on catching a hacker on the server.

tried it with both 3 and +3, neither did work, whats the trick?

there are 1000 clients, try them.i used pidgin, now i use mirc(it should be paid, but on launch if waiting 20sec u can get in without paying), also some web-based java ones can be found.

Yes but inside the forum. If I wanted to use an IRC client I would use it.

The reason it would be good is so we don't have to connect to an IRC client to talk to people online when we know they would be on here.
