Reason why should i get unbanned : i object on this ban because i think that i dont deserve it, I Was racing in the server and all of the sudden snoopy and dishhead started expressing their hate to me as usual, but i didn't respond with any mean replies or whatever, i just took their hate and smiled and did not say anything aggressive toward them ... as soon as i said something about cancer elmo banned me right away .... i think if you view the chat you would have a clear picture about the conversation and you'll know who's right or wrong .... if i really committed or said anything harmful i would not open an unban topic and bother the admins, i know i didn't do anything wrong, since i got unbanned i learned when and how to talk toward aggressive players... so yeah, umm elmo should explain why i deserve a ban and proof that i dont deserve to play on this server.

though cancer jokes are in poor taste, i fail to see how they are against the rules unless specifically targeted at someone in a malicious manner. the reason i say this is because someone will always be offended at something and if we are going to ban people for offensive things, then how are we to decide objectively what's offensive and what isn't when being offended is such a subjective thing?

looking at the chat before, there was definitely flaming but it doesn't make it clear if it was provoked. i'll have to read the logs.

they didn't mute/warn/kick, they kept flaming me and provoking me hopefully i run my mouth and say something harmful that they can use it against me to get me banned, if elmo muted me then i'd of known that things are going serious right now, but no, snoopy and dishhead kept flaming me and i admit i fell for it and ran my mouth a little bit ... but at the end i dont think i should get a ban, maybe i need a warning and a reminder to use the /Ignore command, but a ban is not a fair choice ...

that's because i was banned from the forums elmo, i couldn't enter the forums and open up an unbann topic because i didn't have access to the forums ... that's why i had no other option, but that was a year and half ago, in the past 7 months i tried my best to impress the leading team of Ax and have fun as much as i can ....

I have to agree with Ush on this. If you make jokes at someone, you have to expect some jokes straight back. People from different cultures will make jokes that may sound harsh in your country, but not to them. People have to understand this. that's very informative about me, i totally accept and keep in mind what you said nikki, but i just want you to know, that i still go with "Less talking, More Racing" its just when you have Snoopy and Phobos telling you how much they hate you for no reason its hard to stay focused on racing  .... if Snoopy and Phobos didn't start teasing and harassing  me this hole thing wouldn't happen ...

i didn't evade, when i could get into the server thinking that i'm unbanned i only stayed for a min and then left and when i Ush told me that its an IP Change and i'm not actually banned i didn't come back ... i dont know if 40 seconds inside server called evading.
