Other example:

2(1+2) = 2x1 = 2 , + 2x2 = 4 , 4 + 2 = 6 --> 6:6 = 1 !

2(1+2) = 2 x 3 = 6 --> 6:6 = 1 !
you cannot multiply like that, you must consider 6/2 (=3) as single number (e.g. 6/2=9/3=12/4=3)
6/2(2+1)=3(2+1)=6+3 or 3*3=9

Well im just saying that you can also do it like this:

[2(1+2)] = 2x1 + 2x2 = 6 --> 6:6 = 1.

Because there is an X between 2 and (1+2) = 2 x (1+2)

Meh, i searched on the internet, and i now think its 9 too...

I doesn't matter which one is correct, just stop entering calculations into the calculator in such an ambiguous way.  :L

Nah, nothing wrong with us. Everyone enjoys a small intellectual task every once in a while.

1 is correct

calculators should count it like this: = 1

the calculators in the first picture is wrong

this would be like  6/(2(1+2))

a = x
a + a = a + x
2a = a + x
2a - 2x = a + x - 2x
2(a - x) = a + x - 2x
2(a - x) = a - x
2 = 1

that does not say 2=1
it say a=x so when x = a we can swap one for another and don`t use them both
2(a-a)= 0 = a-a
so your unknown can be any number

division by 0 on last line

the answer to the first question is 9 because you do multiplication before division
