what ??? i dont understand ... i have NO cheats , i play for fun not to get banned ... and if you think that if someone else from slovakia is cheating means that we all cheat , you're wrong ... i've never used cheats in SA:MP .... so please be fair ... thank you for unban ASAP

There's a possibilty DeCoy is somebody else because lots of people in Slovakia have the same ISP.
