I think you've banned some of ip ranges and my ip in this range too.

-I tried it about 50 or 60 times. I restarted my modem. I reinstalled my game. But they didn't help.

The range is banned, that's why you can't get in, it's old, so I don't think there will be a problem, but you will anyway have to wait for a higher lvl admin
