2. Crew color and emblem
I set color to red because of X being in red, but looks like in GTAO crew t-shirt color is in crew color and red on red doesn't look good


We have to chose different color (any color possible, but there isn't white, grey and black) or change emblem, you can make emblem here http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/emblems/New i know MadMax is good with vinyls in NFSW maybe he can make something good that's resembles AdrenalineX
