I still have the same 9400GT, still with 2 fans lol that card is half burned, but still gets the job done
I would much rather be hated for what I am than loved for something that I'm not

It's a personal decision and that isn't country dependent..Maybe you guys buy new shoes every 6 months and Snoopy 3 times less often :L
you are wrong, we have western european prices but we earn less money

little bit oftopic, but look at prices example in Latvia

http://www.alienware.com/Landings/peripherals.aspx
vs
http://tehnoshop.lv/?l=1&ss=Alienware+TactX

Alienware TactX Keyboard $79.99 (= 42.0027305 LVL), price in Latvia 70.00 LVL (= 133.30800 US$)
Alienware TactX Headset $59.99 = 31.5007351 LVL), price in Latvia 40.00 LVL (= 76.17600 US$)
Alienware TactX Mouse $79.99 (= 42.0027305 LVL), price in Latvia 50.00 LVL (= 95.22 US$)

for L.A. Noire recommended graphics card GTX 580, i guess similar will be for GTA V

http://clients.futuremark.com/gom/gameometer.action?gameId=10296&sysInfoId=10738030

http://clients.futuremark.com/gom/gameometer.action?gameId=10076&sysInfoId=10738030

l.a. noire is such an failure...
on my pc:
2 core render - 4fps
1core render - 25fps
lag not depending on gfx at all.
and gfx is even worse than IV btw.

good port, isnt it?
