        I'm not really sure why I've been banned. It says in the 'Read me first' topic that I'm playing under a different name or something like that. I haven't been on the server for quite a while, but I don't remember being banned or something like that.

Well I'm not... I've been playing on this server using this name for over 3 years... Could I get unbanned then?
