Still wondering up to what price I repair and when I decide to buy a new one... thinking about 150 euro max.

As i said any repair what cost over 100 euro isnt worth since you get only 6 month warranty....
Also keep on mind if motherboard is dead sell over ebay or similar you could easy get 100-200 extra euro on hardware what still work such as ram memory,hard disk,monitor,keyboard,battery,charger ...  ;)

Anyway next model what you have to look is Dell or similar where warrany is 3 year to avoid crap with overheating
