As i said any repair what cost over 100 euro isnt worth since you get only 6 month warranty....
Also keep on mind if motherboard is dead sell over ebay or similar you could easy get 100-200 extra euro on hardware what still work such as ram memory,hard disk,monitor,keyboard,battery,charger ...  ;)

Anyway next model what you have to look is Dell or similar where warrany is 3 year to avoid crap with overheating

Are there things to watch when buying new pc and being able to play SAMP? Like Windows version (32 or 64, or different windows 7 versions, like home premium or ultimate)..?

no, it is very fine on 64bit win7, might be wroth disabling the auto disable of Windows Aero effect with MTA tho.
