Bit of a lag problem
« on: April 22, 2012, 05:57:10 pm »
I've been lagging in certain areas on SA ever since I've bought the game. The areas I lag in are Los Santos, Las Venturas and San Fierro. Basically major parts. Idk why I'm lagging there. I get about 20 FPS whenever I go to those places. I have to look down to get a better FPS :( I really need some help. I tried reinstalling but that was no use..

Thanks

shadows is one of the most resource eating effects there is in sa, it might be the case that your gpu just cant handle that many tree shadows, turn fx to low.

I don't lag there that much, but I still do have to look down to get a better FPS

I've had my visual to low for a long time (since I lag hard when on the others.) But ush, the gta_sa.set you gave me, I'm seeing some improvements. I'm not really lagging anymore. But I still have to go to the other parts of SA. I'll let you know when I see some more changes
