No. He's been playing here for a long time, it could be a glitch. As Mourad mentioned, it uses my code to reset the players money.

@ nakashima_yumi: What mode were you in? I.E /race /stunt /tt /dm /bm

no punishment? he knew weapons are forbidden but he still found a way to get them. instead of reporting it he just kept his mouth shut.

It's a glitch, he could of been more honest and told us sooner maybe. Either way, he's helped us find out the problem.

Am I too soft? Previous to me trying to prevent a wrongly accused hacker from being banned forever, he seemed to be labelled a hacker.... < That's harsh. I'm the opposite.

Total agree with you,3 times he evaded ban and messing with us .And who knows how many players would be banned if we didnt forced him to tell us truth...

The way I see it is:

Not all players post ban appeals, so if he just didn't evade and left there server, we would lose a regular player who enjoys playing our server. That would be a shame, because we would of never found out the problem (who knows how many more players would of been banned).

Jalicno, you banned a player for a glicth. These glitches have to be fixed, if he didn't evade/ban appeal, we would never of known the problem. So what if he joins the server a few times. He's clean.

Ammunation Fixed (Uses the same kind of detection for TuneMenu at WAA, Loco and Trans)
