I think you meant money in the bank, not the "cash" on hand.

Yeah, but he said he had no idea about bank until this case. How would he deposit his money then?
Edit: Plus If someone would've donated it to him, he'd have it on hand, not in his bank account.
Edit #2: This all smells like a bug. Alright, let it be unban then. Although probably you'll have to re-check the banking scripts when you'll have time, R.

Good point.

EDIT: Checked script, the bank was not reset when the player left the server.  So new player would take previous id, thus taking the bank value.  Whooops.
