you mean the actual GTA SA itself.

The original PS2 version does have this feature. The PC and Xbox versions have permanently dirty cars.

yeah, mta has function setVehicleDirtLevel, but turns out it doesnt really work, because something is broken inside the gtasa.

v1.01, v2.0 and v3.0 have this feature, but SAMP uses v1.0
