Best option is host server in home of mooman. All hosts that are paid are target of ddos attack.

I would like to make it clear that the current downtime is due to a DDoS attack, not my update that immediately preceded it as so many people probably thought

Do you use a root server or a virtual server?

RSD always used a root server, and we had ddos attacks too, but none of them actually did a full crash on the server.

Edit: What just came to my mind: When someone is crashing the server via ddos, he probably wants to see the result and reactions of players, so he probably is connected to the server during the attack. Maybe you can look and find out who it is with this?

Virtual but we have a different IP to the other virtual servers so our host can tell us if we're the ones being attacked. The last time I asked, we weren't the target. I don't know about these attacks today though.
