Converting FAT32

I converted an ntfs hard drive to FAT32 to test something and now i wanna convert it back to ntfs.

But when i try to do it in command prompt i get this:


Anyone know what the problem is?

Drive wasn't proper dismounted so some errors appear...
run
C:chkdsk g: /r
and should be fixed then you can try convert again
