This was mine, Sagem MC922. Got it in 2000 I guess.

Now I have a Motorola Defy+


My first one was a Nokia 6021 (around 2006)

Siemens C45, got it in 2002 or 2003

after that I started using nokias (4 or 5 of them in total), when i had the 6020 i swapped it for some samsung flip phone, which was better spec'd, but didn't really like it and used the nokia instead. Nokia's been lame in the recent years though, so my current phone is Sony Ericcson Xperia ARC S, and it's about time to get a new one.
