You can do all of those things with the new Motorola Defy.
But I know what you mean, phones are not phones any more, they are just another amorphous blob extension of your computer. Especially with crazy variations like phones, mid-phone-tablet size, tablet size, laptop size.
The popularisation of the mobile phone itself was a big step because it is hard to imagine how we used to organise everything before the 3rd millennium, but all these apps and add-ons mean nothing in term of practicality. I honestly don't see how purchasing a tablet or iPhone would improve my life other than being able to rub it in people's faces.

btw I have the Nokia 3310 SMS beep and beep ringtone on my Blackberry so when it goes off everyone is like "OMGWTFBBQ A TIME MACHINE FROM 2001 JUST ARRIVED"
