How about say sorry for flaming (moaning like a bitch), then we should surely unban you. Perm ban for flaming, never been too Keen on that.

Guy used to be dork in past so i doubt he completly changed his mind soon or later he will flame and rage over us so cant see point unbanning somebody if he will be banned in maximum 2 weeks
