Question about IRC

I installed 2 clients on my Android HTC and still can't connect to our channel from schools WiFi. Any ideas?

AndroiIRC I use, once joined (maybe connected), try /j #adrenalinex

It cant connect to server at all. All data was for sure correct.

i cant connect to ax with any irc clients too, except the java and mirc, it says that url and nick cant have whitespace when they clearly doesnt.

Java IRC doesn't work either, oh dear... No chatting in school for me. :S
