Vehicle Colours Defined By Race

[MAF]Rac3r:
A suggestion was made to make vehicle colours adjustable by race file.  Unfortunately we have made 3000 races without this setting.  This means it's default setting is 0.

0 is black.  This means we can't have black custom colours.

Is there an alternative black colour?  vc 272 for example.
