BeamNG - CryEngine3 Tech Demo

I didn't follow them for a while and today I visited their page - found out that demo as available wooo. Some of you may be interested. Basically it's soft body physic in CryEngine3. There are going to be alpha tests and release later. Anybody participating in this project? Maybe I don't know about something lol. Some screenies from me:
