real health mode

Server is fine for me.  No complaints recently, so please keep your opinions to yourself when deciding what needs doing and what doesn't.

A suggestion was made to have a health bar for the vehicle.  I like it.

server doesnt lag.... usualy it lags when 50 players + (which happens rarely)

+1 for this suggestion boots
