I haven't been changing my name.
The IP is almost the same beacuse of my internet. I use a mobile broadband usb modem like this: http://order.newfour.se/uploaded/e367307844.png
I haven't been hacking or doing anything wrong.

might be i am wrong about this, but i dont beleive in coincidence. i let other admins to share their opinions
