in mta cheating is NOT POSSIBLE(unless you abuse server script bugs, quite sure you can't)

and its updated to 1.3, i was waiting for auto-restart, but turns out i needed to restart server manually.

also, ive done some work for the commands.

i downloaded MTA SA 1.3 from link whitch give hier Karlis,and it dont work...when i open MTA on the displey i see "CRASH Information"
